Plans, credits & billing
Two systems govern usage: monthly allowances (how many workspaces, personas, and saves your plan includes) and render credits (a balance spent on generation and live data). Here's how they fit.

Render credits
Credits are the pay-as-you-go half of the system — 1 credit = $0.01. Your plan grants a fresh allotment every 30 days: 50 on Free, 1,500 on Pro, 5,000 on Max, 30,000 on Team, 80,000 on Business. The grant tops your balance up to the allotment — credits you bought separately are never clawed back by a monthly grant.
Need more mid-cycle? Buy a top-up pack from Billing(paid plans only). Top-up credits don't expire.
What spends credits
- Video renders — scaled by model, resolution, duration, and audio; the cost is shown before you generate. See renders.
- Image renders — small per-image costs on Free, Pro, and Max; plan-included (0 credits) on Team and above.
- Live trend refreshes — 40–110 credits by platform and date window. See trends.
- Overflow workspaces — once your monthly workspace allowance is used, each additional workspace costs 100 credits.
- Chat extensions— after a project's chat budget and your monthly bonus pool are spent, extending a conversation costs 50 credits.
Monthly allowances
Separate from credits, each plan includes monthly amounts of the things that aren't generation:
- Workspaces (remixes, sandboxes, creator assets) — 2 / 20 / 75 per month on Free / Pro / Max; effectively uncapped on business tiers.
- Audio transcriptions — for source videos without captions: 2 / 15 / 50.
- Personas — 1 / 20 / 100.
- Library saves — 5 / 50 / 200.
Allowances reset monthly. Workspaces are the only allowance with a credit overflow — everything else simply waits for the next cycle or a plan upgrade.
